About the program!　イベントについて

Welcome to Summer Camp 2026! This is our very exciting 9-day program at HKIS held from the end of July each year! Each one-day program (no overnight sleepovers, to be clear) takes us to HK Chiba and all around HKIS! Below is a list of things that we like to do during this program to really give all kids, whether students of HKIS or not, a wonderful experience with new friends all while enjoying the outdoors, water and yummy treats!

• HKIS：水遊びができる公園へ！

Summer Camp 2026 is truly an amazing experience for any child to enjoy! We always keep the activities fresh and new to ensure the feeling is new, even if it is your second, third or even fourth time to join Summer Camp at HKIS!

We also upload videos daily, to our YouTube channel for you to enjoy at home! So many memories to look back on!

千葉サマーキャンプ開催日：バスをご利用の場合、当日は通常15時45分から16時の間に降車いたしますが、交通状況やバスの混雑状況によります。できるだけ遅い時間に降車をご希望の場合は、お申し込みの際にご相談ください。

キャンセルポリシー 　Cancellation policy *

• キャンセル費用が発生します。I understand the cancellation policy.

2026年7月１日午後17時以降は50％のキャンセル料がかかります。 2026年7月22日17時以降は100%のキャンセル費用が発生します。

バスサービス　 Bus service

ランチサービス　Lunch Service

• ランチを希望します。I need the lunch service.（1食600円）

校舎の日については、普段から利用しているお弁当屋さんのお子様ランチです。（ごはん、主菜、副菜が２つございます。）千葉遠足の日については、おにぎり2つとバナナです。

アレルギー　Allergies *

• アレルギーがあります。My child does have an allergy.

Please bring these items each day:

1. 食べやすいランチ（ランチサービス不要の方）
2. 充分に飲料（水かお茶）をいれた水筒
3. お着替え一式
4. HKISの帽子、または普通の帽子（HKISの生徒ではない方）
5. 千葉の日のみ：上記アイテムと小さめタオルと着やすい水着、必要な方は酔い止め

Please bring these items each day:

1. Any day: easy to eat lunch (if not using the lunch service)
2. Any day: full water bottle
3. Any day: change of clothes
4. Any day: HKIS hat or regular hat (if not an HKIS student)
5. HK Chiba day: Any day items + motion sickness medicine if required, a small towel and an easy to wear swimsuit
