Absence 欠席について

If you need to be absent, please write the date as well as the brief reason (i.e. sick, personal trip). ​欠席については、必ずクラス開始前に日程と簡単な理由(体調不良、私用など)も添えてお知らせください。（例：15時からのクラスの生徒様は15時前にお知らせください。）

Bus Service バスサービスについて

If you have a question about the bus service please write a brief summary above. Please note that we cannot change the bus schedule (either pickup or dropoff) within 3 full days of the date in question. バスサービスについて質問がある場合は簡単に内容をご記入ください。送迎について3日以内のご依頼にはご希望に添えない場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

Lunch　ランチについて

If you need to cancel, or order the lunch service please note we must receive notication by 830am on the same day. Cancellations after 830am on the same day will incur a 100% cancellation charge. 　​ ランチをオーダー、キャンセルされる場合、当日8時半までにお知らせ頂く必要がございます。8時半以降でのお知らせは100%費用がかかりますのでご了承ください。
